Crazy As A Fox! Absentee Voting New Law In Mexico

President Vicente Fox of Mexico just signed the absentee voter bill about which I wrote last night.

[Is that shock I feel? No, that’s not it. Umbrage…that’s more like it.]

By Fox’s estimate, 11 million Mexican nationals who live abroad are now eligible to vote in next year’s election. He also noted that most of them reside in the United States—but only 4 million do so legally.
