Burger King Restaurants in England sell an ice cream sundae that comes with a lid. There is a symbol on the lid and a local Muslim man decided that it looks like the Arabic character for “Allah”.

Rashad Akhtar, 27, of High Wycombe said it was “sacrilegious” and threatened a “jihad”.

According to BK, the lid has a picture of a “spinning ice cream cone” but they are nonetheless recalling the lid to avoid offending anyone.
