Immigration Debate Update: Senator Durbin Sabotages Sensenbrenner

Senator Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) introduced an amendment that would make illegal presence in the U.S. a misdemeanor infraction at the very most but not a felony as stated in the Sensenbrenner bill.

Yep…and the amendment just passed.
