Mexico Meddles in Mass Murder

“Railroad killer” Angel Maturino Resendiz was convicted in 2000 of the rape and murder of one person, but is believed to have killed 14 Americans as he travelled around this country hobo-style on trains. The illegal alien serial killer had been scheduled to be executed May 10, but the execution has been put off until June in order that more psychological testing be done. The man has been in custody for murder since 1999, and has been seen by various psychiatrists in that time.

Apparently it was the Mexican government’s meddling into the American justice system that caused the postponement [ Life of Mexican Migrant Hinges on Psychiatrists].

“It was a positive decision, which must largely be attributed to the insistence of the lawyers paid by the Mexican government, because it is obvious that Maturino is not sane and thus is not eligible for capital punishment,” Alfonso Garcia, with the Amnesty International office in Mexico, commented to IPS on Tuesday.

If Mexico doesn’t want its mass murderers to be executed then it shouldn’t encourage them (and nearly everyone else) to head north. Mexicans who object to capital punishment should limit their murder behavior to areas outside of the United States so that punishment will not offend Mexico’s tender sensitivity about violence.

Michelle Malkin devoted a whole chapter of her book Invasion to this monster as a poster illegal alien who had been arrested and deported numerous times without the Border Patrol or other law enforcement discovering his serious crimes.

Swords And Surenos In Longmont, Colorado

Longmont, Colorado, a suburb north of Denver, is fast emerging as a Latino gang hub. A few weeks back, the principal of Skyline High School banned Old Glory after American students — fed up with being harassed by Mexican-flag waving classmates — had started to hoist the Stars and Stripes.

Shortly thereafter, an 18-year old former gang member Latino was killed on a Longmont street with a sword.

The Police Chief then admitted that violent Norteno and Sureno gangs were fighting it out on Longmont streets. The standard, impotent response followed: setting up community meetings and seeking more money to deal with gangs.

Today, rumors of a Columbine-style attack set for Cinco de Mayo at Skyline High are circulating. American parents who let their children attend this school must understand that the potential for violence against their children — fueled by a growing, militant immigrants’ rights movement — will only escalate.

Once a quiet, conservative, blue-collar alternative to Boulder, Longmont is now full of illegal aliens, Another American community has gone from safe to sorry in less than a decade, thanks to our government.

Conviction in Lodi Terrorist Trial

Residents in my hometown of Lodi, CA. are surprised that a local man, U.S. citizen Hamid Hayat, was convicted on charges of lying to the F.B.I. about attending an al-Queda sponsored camp in Pakistan. Local coverage of the trial had suggested that the government’s presentation was weak. And a juror dismissed earlier in the year said that she felt the government had not made its case.

Nevertheless, Hayat who is expected to appeal, faces up to 37-years in jail.

The case against Hayat’s 48-year-old U.S. citizen father, Umer, was declared a mistrial with the jury “decisively deadlocked.” Whether there will be a second trail or not is unclear.

Throughout the case, the mainstream media consistently described Lodi’s Pakistani community as fearful of violent repercussions against it. But no incidents occured. As far as I could tell, Pakistanis went about their business normally.

Tony Snow on Immigration: How high?

Now that we are going to be seeing all too much of Tony Snow, the new White House Press Secretary, one might ask where does he stand on the key domestic issue of the day: mass unassimilating immigration?

The answer, unsurprisingly: exactly where his NeoConservative masters order him to.

In a March 31 column posted on TownHall.com Immigration debate needs common sense, Snow produced what reads like a parody of the NeoConservative position (maybe he had to practice). Opponents of Immigration are “neo-Know Nothings” (Know-Nothings, the political movement of the 1850s whose concerns about the heavy influx of immigrants in the 1840s were alleviated when that flow spontaneously stopped, seem to be regarded by neocons as a diabolical species of Cossack.) Problems arising from immigration are bushed aside

Skeptics counter that immigrants have clogged our hospitals, which is true — but primarily in places that offer lavish benefits to illegal immigrants

The Border States offer lavish benefits? Hospital access is a matter of Federally-ordered mandate. And all Americans pay the redistributed costs, via higher medical bills, health insurance cut backs, and taxes.

Alternatively, Snow employs a squall of quibbles about crime rates, apparently thinking that because

for instance, that the Latino homicide rate in Miami is three times that of El Paso, Texas, which has one of the nation’s largest immigrant populations

that makes his case (no Latino immigrants in Miami, you know).

Missing from this discussion is any consideration of the wage impact of mass immigration on the American Blue collar and Middle class – his masters benefit from the income redistribution this causes.

Even more critically, there is no discussion of whether Americans really want their nation to mutate into a Third World slum. That question is always taboo.

Snow caps his performance with the hallmark reference:

The Statue of Liberty symbolizes America’s affection for the world’s tired and poor, the “huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”

Adding

Before someone razes Lady Liberty and decides to erect a wall to “protect” America from the world, shouldn’t we at least spend a little time trying to get our facts straight?

Fact number 1: Snow’s Bosses want to transform America.

And Tony Snow is willing to hire them a face which “looks like America” to help them do it.
