Deportation Works!

In Mexico, that is.

Good story in a Chicago suburban paper about Mexican immigration law. One fact stands out:

In fact, Mexico annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does.[Mexico law worth copying, by Mike Bailey, July 30, 2006]

That’s in absolute numbers, and in spite of the fact that Mexico doesn’t have nearly as many illegals in need of deportation as the US does.
