It’s [1] Hispanic Heritage Week! I’d completely forgotten.

Yes, you can see why Bush [2] probably thinks it would be little [3] tactless to sign a bill defending the country against a Mexican invasion during Hispanic Heritage Week, considering how big a part [4] such invasions have in [5] Hispanic Heritage. He probably will sign the bill, but will wait until sometime after the [6] Dia de la Raza, ([7] Columbus Day to you.)
