More On Black Teen Who Raped White Males: Posted Victim’s Nude Picture On Myspace.com

This is really bad. There’s still no mention of the race of the victims, but there is a picture of the rapist, so you know who the criminal is.Baytown Rapist

Officials: Accused Serial Rapist Posted Victim’s Nude Picture Online
HOUSTON — An accused serial rapist posted details about one of his attacks on the Internet, prosecutors told KPRC Local 2 Thursday.

Keith Chester Hill, 19, appeared in court on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault in a case from May.

Prosecutors revealed evidence that Hill posted a nude picture of one of his victims on MySpace.com. He also detailed how he followed the victim home, kidnapped him and made him withdraw money from several ATMs, according to authorities.

Police for months investigated five cases in which young white men were surprised at or near their homes by a black man with a gun demanding money. The investigation was complicated because profilers did not have a basic standard for investigating rare male-on-male rapes.

Hill was arrested late Tuesday after DNA obtained from him matched that taken from a victim in a May attack, police said.

H-1b/Outsourcing->Dell Fire Hazard?

The Consumerist writes:

Dan writes is to let us know that a Dell Laptop was the most probable cause of a fire that destroyed his home. We must say he seems in good spirits about it, all things considered.

Now, what does this have to do with immigration?

Dan is asking for our help contacting Dell, as they’ve been unresponsive to his queries:

” I have tried to call Dell to at least notify them of my problems, but each time I have called I get transferred into an endless loop of “Joe” or “Alan” all speaking a delectable version of English I presume emanates from Bangalore. I have been outright hung up on each time I get someone who speaks a reasonable version of English, or sounds like they might be in charge of something. Promises of call backs have gone, of course, unreturned.

Maybe you can help notify them. Or maybe pass along my new motto for Dell–

“Dude, you’re getting a burned down house!”

Ouch, this is so horrible. We suppose you could try emailing Dell’s Customer Advocate, Marie at:
Email: Customer_Advocate [at] dell [dot] com. Any suggestions from the rest of you?

I also had a bad experience with a Dell product–it gave out on me a couple weeks before the warranty expired–and I got a lot of foreigners giving me the run around until after the warranty expired.

I’ve seen similar quality problems at companies like HP, Intel and Microsoft since they have become addicted to the corporate welfare of H-1b. Power over people is addicting. When I worked at HP, it was obvious that some managers were enamored of the fact that their Indian charges could be sent home at a whim–unlike Americans who at the time were still able to find other employment pretty easily.

Part of the problem is most of the H-1b intensive companies don’t have that much in the way of real competition. Intel and Microsoft are de facto monopolies–and rather few companies make the bulk of laptop computers sold. If companies had to pay reasonable fees for these visas(at least $10,000 per visa per year), labor markets might start to function a bit more reasonably.

Dell is an interesting case study. They are not the worse H-1b offender by most measures. Still, in 2001-2003, they applied for over 600 H-1b visas. Now, their US based workforceincreased by only 1100 employees from 2000-2005. That figure for H-1b applications doesn’t include folks that worked for other companies, got a green card and then came to work for Dell, illegal immigrants (which are so common in Texas that I’d be very surprised if Dell hasn’t hired some even though they aren’t common in the high tech industry) and workers that are on temporary visas other than H-1b (L-1 is a prominent example). I find it hard to believe that Dell is increasing its “American workforce” in any meaningful sense of the word.

Anyhow, you can look at the substantial political donations that Dell Chairman makes to protect his way of doing business. Some of the recipients are nominally sympathetic to issues raised at VDARE.COM–but a lot like Orrin Hatch, clearly aren’t. What you have to remember, is that with friend like Michael Dell, around, folks like VDARE.COM readers just don’t count for much in these folks eyes.

California: Freebies Dispensed to Illegal Ingrates

The California budget is billions of dollars in the red, yet Governor Spendinator continues to hand out the citizens’ money to illegal aliens, in this case the pickers affected by the freeze of some weeks back. Sacramexico doesn’t even pretend to have safeguards against fraud — look who’s dispensing the cash.

Gov. Schwarzenegger on Friday announced a $1.75million state grant to help freeze victims with rent, mortgage and utility payments.

The money will be distributed by La Cooperativa Campesina de California, a nonprofit association that represents community-based organizations that provide services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers.

Residents in Tulare, Fresno, Kern, Riverside and Ventura counties are eligible.

The grant includes $1.5million for rental and mortgage assistance and $250,000 for utility assistance.

Meanwhile, Mexicans are not grateful. Their official mouthpieces have squawked up a storm over a few indiscreet (but largely true) private remarks recorded by the governor.

“I made an effort,” the Austrian-born Schwarzenegger told aides last April in conversations that touched on assimilation. “But the Mexicans don’t make that effort.”

The governor also used an expletive to disparage the 1986 federal law that granted asylum to more than 2 million illegal immigrants.

“His comments were highly offensive and outrageous,” said Assembly Assistant Majority Leader Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles). “It’s just mind-blowing that he continues to put his foot in his mouth.”

Mexican (And Disloyal American) Congressmen on Capitol Hill

In another blatant example of Mexican meddling, three Mexican congressmen came to Washington, D.C. to push their open borders agenda.

On Feb. 8th, 2007, the Mexican congressmen joined with representatives from Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua, and several Democratic congressional representatives, in a Capitol Hill press conference, calling for a moratorium on deportation of illegal aliens.

According to this article :

“The foreign delegates …pledged to work with their U.S. counterparts to fix the immigration system, which they said has led to a “family crisis” in Mexico and a staggering loss of life along the border. They also promised to help improve security, which they said was of paramount importance, especially after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.”[ Mexican and U.S. Lawmakers Call for Deportation Moratorium Feb. 8th, 2007 Dallas News.com]

Oh, so they’re going to “fix” our immigration system, are they? By “fixing” it though, they mean keeping the border as wide open as possible.

One member of the Mexican Congress in the delegation, Jose Edmundo Ramirez, shed some crocodile tears over the fact that

“About 550 Mexicans are dying (each year) in their effort to cross the border — 1.5 each day, an alarming number.”

So tell them not to cross!

Then Ramirez brought up a topic I have written about :

“In addition, (Ramirez) said that ‘one Mexican per minute is leaving his family’ to go the United States, which disintegrates families and leads to other problems such as alcoholism and drug addiction.”

So your solution is, of course, more emigration !

The leader of the Mexican congressional delegation was Jose Jacques, who lived about 30 years in the United States, and even started running for office in Mexico while living in the United States, made his ultimate goal clear:

“(Jose Jacques)….said that the immigration crisis is a human problem that begs a human solution and that the U.S., Mexico and other nations should work together to become ‘one America on one continent.’

But some in Congress spoke out against it. Tom Tancredo, the article reports, criticized both the Mexican meddling and the participation of some congressional members of the Black and Hispanic Caucuses:

“What is discouraging is the apparent willingness of those two groups to put other countries’ interest above our own.”

If Mexican congressmen can get away with this in our Congress, how about sending Tom Tancredo and Virgil Goode to the Mexican Congress to negotiate the privatization of PEMEX ?

Borders Blamed for Prostitution

Is there no end to the social ills spawned by Americans’ stubborn attachment to borders and sovereignty?

The lawyer for a major hooker entrepreneur pointed out another problem that can be blamed on citizens’ rejection of a border-free planet.

Balderas-Orosco, 34, pleaded guilty to federal charges of transportation for prostitution, importation of illegal aliens, importation of illegal aliens and conspiracy to smuggle, transport and harbor illegal aliens. He faces a maximum prison sentence of 30 years.

Balderas’ lawyer, Kristin Etter, said case was a symptom of a broken immigration system. With limited opportunities for immigrants to come to the U.S., some “are pushed into this underground economy and forced into these kinds of jobs,” she said.
