Barbara March, the mother of slain sheriff’s Deputy David March spoke out of the occasion of the killer’s sentencing.

POMONA - Shortly after her son’s killer pleaded guilty Friday to his cold-blooded murder, the mother of sheriff’s Deputy David March denounced the U.S. government’s failure to control the nation’s borders.

“It’s my belief that it’s our government and the activities that are going on at our borders that were the real killers of Dave, allowing illegal immigration, chaos, lawlessness to thrive in our wonderful country,” Barbara March said outside the courtroom.

“And I think our politicians in Washington should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this country to come to a situation where these killers are able to come in and ruin the lives of Americans.

“And it’s happening every day … The real people that were accountable for this crime live in the White House. And I’m really sorry to say that.”

The March family and their supporters have fought since the murder in 2002 to get justice in the case. A very frustrating aspect was the years-long refusal of Mexico to extradite the killer Armando Garcia, which was finally resolved.

Even so, the unavoidable fact remains that Washington has empowered criminal aliens to run amok in America, with a terrible cost to innocent citizens, like the March family.

Considering that the San Jose Unified School District is 51% Latino, I would suspect there are cheaper ways… I guess that Ms. Smith wants little Amelia to learn Spanish so she can make enough money when she grows up to be able to afford to insulate her daughter from all the Latinos in San Jose, and so on and on until the family eventually dies out from the expense of insulating their children.

“Rebecca Young, a musician in Seattle, recently enrolled her 6-year-old daughter, Eva, in a $150, five-hour course on Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Though Ms. Young had her doubts about the Early Masters program, by the end of the weeklong class, Eva could discuss Ms. Kahlo’s painting style, place her in the context of art history and do a decent job copying her work.

“On the last day of class, Eva asked to wear a Mexican-style dress and used Ms. Young’s makeup to draw a thick, single eyebrow across her forehead, one of Ms. Kahlo’s signature features. She even asked for lipstick to smear on her dress to look like blood — a prominent detail in Kahlo self-portraits.”

Perhaps, little Eva learned to copy one of Frida’s last paintings, “Stalin and I,” which the loyal Stalinist painted despite having slept with Trotsky shortly before Stalin murdered him. Or how about “Little Deer,” in which Frida painted her face on a stag that has been pierced, like a four-legged St. Sebastian, by nine arrows, which represent her husband Diego Rivera’s nine most intolerable infidelities, such as sleeping with Frida’s sister?

A Bush administration plan to allow 100 Mexican trucking companies to haul freight deeper into the United States than previously allowed drew an angry reaction Friday from labor leaders, safety advocates and members of Congress.

Fortunately, this “plan” is a a long way from reality. Truckers are a highly unionized group-and I expect we’ll hear quite a bit about this the next few weeks.

Asianweek’s Kenneth Eng was fired for his piece “Why I Hate Blacks“, which was immediately removed from the Asianweek website, to the sound of apologies from the editors, however, this column, which was written in 2006 is still on the AsianWeek website.

Apparently the white community in San Francisco isn’t as sensitive as the black community. The story was mentioned in the San Francisco Chronicle’s article Asian paper’s ‘I Hate Blacks’ column assailed Leslie Fulbright, February 27, 2007

Chai Vang is the Hmong who killed the six white hunters in Wisconsin. Some Hmong apparently support his actions.

Vincent Chin was killed in a barroom brawl with unemployed white autoworkers in 1982. He was Chinese, but the men who killed him thought he was Japanese.

His attackers received probation, which I think is crazy, but I’m a conservative, and I think putting people in jail for manslaughter is a good thing, not because it’s a hate crime, but because it’s a crime crime.

But Kenneth Eng thinks it’s OK to shoot six whites, and as I said, the San Francisco “white community” doesn’t seem to have been bothered the way the black community was.
